We are a small, close-knit staff, looking for someone who is a team player with ambition and willingness to learn from their peers.Our menu is well rounded, with a great opportunity to showcase your skill set and love for cooking.Weekend availablity is a must, as is experience in fine dining. An Ideal candidate is: Passionate about learning, asking questions, and tasting everything possible Energetic, enthusiastic, and excited byculinary arts Ready to listen and open to feedback A team player who is always willing to lend a hand Clean and organized at all times Strong knife and cooking skills Line Cook Responsibilities Report directly to Management and HeadChef Interact professionally with your teammates Manage daily prep lists Keep dry storage and refridgeratorsclean and organized Working service Keep up standards of food quality and restaurant cleanliness Keep your station and uniform is clean and working order Open or Close your station to the highest standard Additional responsibilities as directed Contributions to a family meal Occasional heavy lifting Deep cleaning We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
